Hello and welcome, my name is Katherine, and I am thrilled to guide you on this therapeutic journey towards self-discovery. Therapy can be intimidating, overwhelming, and sometimes akin to a rollercoaster ride, which is why I am dedicated to fostering a genuinely safe space where we can learn and navigate together through any highs and lows that may emerge.
As a holder of a master's degree in clinical psychology and with 15 years of experience, I have worked with adults, children, families, and adolescents on a variety of issues such as anxiety, school challenges, domestic violence, depression, and substance use. Understanding that each person is unique, and that life doesn't adhere to a "one size fits all" approach, I tailor my interventions and methods to address your individual needs. These may encompass Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, among other techniques.
