Therapy Fees
The following is a list of common service rates and the corresponding health insurance billing codes. This is not a comprehensive list of services, but it reflects the most common services. Additional codes may be used by your therapist as deemed appropriate.
90791 Initial Consultation/Assessment – $210 per session
90832 Individual Therapy (30 minutes) – $120 per session
90834 Individual Therapy (45 minutes) – $150 per session
90837 Individual Therapy (60 minutes) – $180 per session
90847 Family Therapy – $160 per session
Insured Patients
Insurance plans have pre-determined fee schedules that may be different than the amounts stated above. If you are an insured patient, you are responsible for any applicable deductible amounts, co-payments or co-insurance funds stated due on the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) issued by your insurance carrier.
Our psychotherapists are both individually and group credentialed with various insurance panels. Please check with our front office to determine if a therapist that you are interested in working with is in-network with your insurance provider.

Out-of-Network Coverage
We are also an out-of-network provider group with most PPO plans. Payment is made by the patient at the time of the session, and if you choose, insurance will reimburse you a percentage of the session cost. Insurance providers typically reimburse 50-80% of session costs. Insurance plan coverage varies widely, so please check with your provider via phone or online for specific coverage and rates of reimbursement.
Helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:
- Do I have out-of-network behavioral health coverage?
- What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?
- How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
If you choose to seek reimbursement, you can do this by requesting a “superbill” from your therapist. We can provide you with a superbill weekly or monthly for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
