Biography
From a young age, I knew my calling in life would revolve around uplifting others. I pursued psychology and immediately felt a connection. The foundation of therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship that is built on trust and commitment. I aid that relationship through my authenticity and warmth, so my clients may also express their vulnerability and show up as they are. No issues are too big or too small to process, and no one therapy approach fits all. I genuinely love meeting people and hearing their life stories, and I look forward to working alongside my clients to help subside any fears or nervousness that often come with new growth and healing.
